Well….after I go to lecture, then discussion group, then do a midterm, then sleep for a few hours….

So it's Tuesday and I'm not going to the gym...

Instead of going to the gym, I’m doing a workout at home. I’ve got my yoga mat, my resistence band, and a set of 5 lbs weights. And I’ve got talk shows to watch while doing everything, baha. I like this plan because it means I get to stay in my pajamas.

That’s where I want to be as well! I’m about 5’5” or 5’6” and my goal is between 140 and 150, anything less than that would be unhealthy for me as well. Good luck! :)

You know what I thought was smart? Because it is such a sunny, beautiful day, instead of being stuck inside the gym I decided I was going to go on a nice, long walk outside.
